Valeri Matneshliev Managing director and partner
Eng. Valeri Matneshliev has over 20 years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering, and over 14 years of experience in the construction supervision and project management, including projects under FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Yellow, Red, Silver Book), PRAG and national legislation.
He has a master’s degree in nuclear energy at the Technical University in Sofia and in Project Management in Construction at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy.
Since 2007 he works at EQE Control as a Project Manager of many Bulgarian and international projects in the field of infrastructure and energy. Since 2017 he is Managing Director of the Company and in 2020 he became a Partner.

Lyubomir Petrov Deputy managing director and partner
urb. Lyubomir Petrov, PhD is part of the EQE Control team since 2012 working in the project management of some of the biggest infrastructure projects in Bulgaria. He has a significant experience related to urban planning and issues referring to cadastre and property rights, incl farmbrazil.com.br. design and management of urban planning and land expropriation procedures . Since 2020 he is Deputy Managing Director and Partner in the Company.
He has a master’s degree in Urban planning at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia and a PhD in the field of Regional, landscape and urban planning at the same university. He is an active member in different professional organizations. He is the Chairman of the Bulgarian YP group within the Bulgarian Association of Consulting Engineers and Architects. He is also a former Chairman of EFCA Future Leaders Steering Committee (2018-2020) and regional representative for Europe within FIDIC Future Leaders Steering Committee.

Adriana Spasova Partner
Eng. Adriana Spassova, PhD has more than 30 years professional experience in the preparation and construction of international projects in the field of energy, infrastructure and public buildings/business centers. She has worked as a designer, Head of Logistics Department, Construction Manager, later Head of Tender and Contracts Department in the biggest steel structures contractor in Bulgaria Metalni Construczii for more than 10 years. Afterwards she works in EQE as a consultant and FIDIC Engineer. Now she is actively working on FIDIC consultations, FIDIC trainings in several states, preparation of tender documentation; claims consultant and public activities for distribution of best contract practices and facilitation of investment process. From 2015 she teaches Project Management with FIDIC Conditions of Contract. Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®)” at the University of Architecture, Construction and Geodesy. In the last 7 years, she has been the Planning and Contracts Key Expert in the preparation of railway projects with 1 billion EUR budget. She has delivered over 10 FIDIC accredited trainings in Bulgaria, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, USA, Russia, Tajikistan.

Evgeni Tsvetanov Chief Engineer
Eng. Evgeni Tsvetanov has over 30 years of experience in the field of construction, supervision and project management, including projects under FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Yellow, Red, Silver Book).
He has a master’s degree in Civil Engineering at Higher Institute of Architecture and Construction in Sofia (today University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy).
Since 2004 he works at EQE Control as a Structural expert and Project Manager in the field of transport and technical infrastructure, energy, industry and waste treatment. In the period 2013-2017 he was Managing Director of the Company. Currently he is the Chief Engineer of the Company.

Sonya Gosheva Quality management manager
Eng. Sonya Gosheva has over 14 years of experience in the field of construction supervision and project management. She is part of the EQE Control team since 2006 and in 2010 took the position of Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) as an assistant to the Management Representative with liabilities to administrate the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) implemented within the company.
She has a master’s degree in “Mechanical Engineering”; “Precision Engineering and Measurement Instruments” at the Technical University – Sofia.
She is certified as an Internal auditor of systems for quality assurance and representative of management in organizations and in 2011 she was certified by TUF Reinland Bulgaria EOOD as Quality Auditor for Quality Assurance System and Expert in European technical legislation and safety and quality control.
