The building complies with the requirements of “Standard Passive House” (Passivehaus/Passive House) elaborated and introduced by Passivhaus Institut, – Dr. Wolfgang Feist, Darmstadt, Germany

Design Conformity Assessment as per Art. 142 (5) of SDA
Review of documentation prepared during the construction process by the Contractor
Assessment for compliance of the documentation provided by the Contractor and approved designs with the executed works
Preparation and organization the signing of Protocol for the acceptance of the works (Act model 15)
Support for preparation of Technical Passport
Geodetic survey and processing data to the Cadastre Agency
Preparation of Final Report
