Who we are?

EQE Control OOD is a company established in 2000 with the goal to provide licensed supervision services in design and construction, as a subsidiary of EQE Bulgaria AD.
The Company provides Consulting services in Construction for complex International projects not only as Licensed Design and Construction Supervisor, but also as FIDIC Engineer and Lender’s Engineer. The English speaking team is skilled in preparation of Tender documentation, Permit management, Design and Construction Management, Project Coordination and FIDIC Claims Management.
Since 2002 the Company has completed Supervision services (Project Management and Construction Supervision) with private, World Bank and EC financing. EQE Control OOD participated in its capacity of a Consultant in the preparation of projects funded by EU (PHARE, ISPA).
EQE Control OOD is one of the leading companies in Bulgaria in Project Management of International and PPP projects and one of the first to work with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract, the EC Directives and harmonized Bulgarian legislation.
EQE Control OOD is one of the founding members of the National Association of Persons Exercising Independent Construction Supervision, now transformed into Bulgarian Association of Consulting Engineers and Architects – BACEA, a full member of FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) and EFCA (European Federation of Engineering Consultants Associations).

– Geodetic survey and processing data to the Cadastre Agency by a licensed person in compliance with the Cadastre and Property Register Act.

Investment control

– Measurement of executed works;

– Construction works Cost Analysis;

– Monitor cash flows in accordance with the Payment schedule;

– Preparation of Punch list (list of defects).

Project Management

– Project Management from the initial phase to the commissioning/operation;
